Partial management — for monthly rent only
Important: Partial management exists only for monthly rent. We do not accept partial management for daily rent or for sales.
What is partial management? We accept listing your property with us, and we bring you the tenant in return for a commission. You are the one who signs the monthly rental contract with the tenant — whether the rental is seasonal or permanent.
Partial management commission for monthly rent
- AMartil's commission: 50/100 (fifty percent) of the rent for the first month only.
- Example: rent of 2000 dirhams per month ⇒ tenant-sourcing commission of 1000 dirhams, once.
- The property owner is the one who signs the monthly rental contract directly with the tenant.
- After the tenant is brought and the commission is paid, AMartil's role under partial management ends — without monthly collection, without ongoing supervision, and without the exclusivity of full management.
What partial management does not include
- No partial management for daily rent.
- No partial management for sales.
- It does not include daily guest reception, recurring collection, or management of Airbnb and Booking reservations.
If you want AMartil to sign the monthly rental contract
Asking that AMartil be the one to sign the monthly rental contract with the tenant means a conversion to full management of monthly rent, as follows:
- In the first month: AMartil's commission is 50/100 of the rent. Example: rent of 2000 dirhams ⇒ AMartil 1000 dirhams.
- From the second month: the difference between the property's true price and what the tenant pays. Example: the tenant pays 2400 dirhams and the property owner receives 1900 dirhams ⇒ AMartil 500 dirhams every month.
- Minimum amount from the second month: 300 dirhams per month. Example: the tenant pays 2000 dirhams ⇒ AMartil 300 dirhams and the property owner 1700 dirhams.
