The AMartil agency was established with state support through the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), a government program that supports emerging and distinctive projects with a genuine capacity to succeed and grow. Why AMartil® technology?
After years of running the real estate agency digitally, AMartil® developed an integrated system that brings the website, contracts, calendar, and owner follow-up together in one place. We offer real estate agencies an annual subscription to a dedicated copy of this technology, operating under their own brand and in their own city, with continuous updates. Payment can be made in 3 installments per year, or in a single payment with a 15% discount.
Every package includes the same tools. The difference is the number of listings that can be published and the number of listings linked to the calendar free of charge — choose the size that fits your agency’s activity. You can also purchase any tool individually (limited to 30 files, listings, or links).
The aim: a digitized agency that is clear and able to scale — with the same standards and tools that AMartil itself uses every day, since 2017.

- The cost of buying the domain name, its annual renewal, and the SSL security certificate is always borne by the client, and is not included in the package price or the tools.
