Brokers and real-estate agency partnerships

The following rules apply exclusively to daily rentals of furnished apartments:

• After a daily rental of a furnished apartment managed by AMartil is completed, the broker receives 10/100 of the total rent price.
• When AMartil brings a tenant for a furnished apartment belonging to the broker, the broker pays a fixed amount of 300 dirhams if the total daily rent price is less than 3000 dirhams. If the total daily rent price exceeds 3000 dirhams, the broker pays a commission of 10/100 of the total rent price only.

• The broker receives their commission from the client they brought, and AMartil receives its commission through the property owner.
• You receive from the party you brought, and we receive from the party we brought.

Alternative option:

• The client pays their commission in full under AMartil's rules. The broker then receives 30/100 of the profit, and AMartil receives 70/100 in return for collecting the full commission from the client.

• We receive our commission from the party we brought, whether a buyer or a property owner.
• You receive your commission from the sale party you brought, whether a buyer or a property owner.
• In this way you can work on all of our listings, and the agreement also makes it easy for you to promote your properties without entering into commission discussions.

Alternative option:

• The client pays their commission in full under AMartil's rules. The broker then receives 30/100 of the profit, and AMartil receives 70/100 in return for collecting the full commission from the client.
