What are the conditions for yearly rent through AMartil?
Yearly rent (12 months or more) is arranged through AMartil's brokerage between the tenant and the property owner. We verify the identity of the parties and the property details before any commitment is signed, to ensure credibility and compliance with the company's rules.
General conditions applied
- Dealing only with families and adults (+18 years)
- We may request information about the profession, the number of family members, and the means of payment
- Keeping a copy of the national identity card and the phone number
- Signing a rental contract that sets the duration, the price, and the obligations of all parties
- AMartil may stop dealing with any client if the conditions are breached
Monthly rent commission for the tenant
AMartil's commission charged to the tenant is 50/100 of the monthly rent, and it is paid only once when the rental is concluded.
Example: If the rental is for 2000 dirhams per month, 1000 dirhams must be paid as commission to AMartil.
Rental conditions
- Water and electricity consumption costs are the tenant's responsibility.
- Payment of the current month.
- Payment of one month in advance.
- Payment of 50/100 of the rent as commission to AMartil (once only).
- Payment of 150 dirhams as cleaning expenses for the property.
- Payment of 350 dirhams as a water and electricity guarantee; if you pay all amounts due for water and electricity consumption, the 350 dirhams are returned to you.
